Important details
- Bring an appropriate child safety seat for each child under age 8. Guides cannot install car seats
- Sign the required waiver before departure
- National Park entrance fees are not included. Travelers age 16 and older need park entry passes; fees vary by residency
- Non-U.S. residents are charged $100 per person for park entry, or $250 for a non-U.S. resident America the Beautiful Pass
- Grand Teton National Park entrance gates are cashless; use a credit or debit card if purchasing a pass at the gate
- Arrive at your designated pickup location a few minutes early and allow 5–10 minutes for possible guide delays
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Dress in layers for changing weather. Bring a hat, sunglasses, a rain and wind jacket, comfortable walking shoes, personal medications, and a camera. A small daypack is optional.
