- Children under age 8 require an appropriate child safety seat; install the seat yourself before departure
- National Park entrance fees are not included and apply to travelers age 16 and older. Non-U.S. resident entry costs are $100 per person; a non-U.S. resident America the Beautiful Pass costs $250
- Sign the required waiver before departure
- Arrive at your designated meeting point or property lobby a few minutes before pickup; your guide may be delayed by 5–10 minutes
