Important details
- Pick up e-bikes and footwear after 8:00am on your rental day
- Return e-bikes and footwear by 7:30pm
- Kids e-bikes require ages 8+ and a height of 4'1"–4'8"
- E-bike sizes fit heights from 5'0" to 6'5", depending on the bike model
- Street parking on Lion Blvd costs $15 per day; the adjacent gravel lot costs $20 and is cash only
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Full refund if Zion Adventures cancels due to weather.

FAQs
Evening footwear pickup may be available after 3:00pm the day before your rental, though it is not guaranteed on peak holiday days.
Return your e-bike to the marked Return Bike Rack in front of the bike area. Return Narrows gear to the gear return room through the metal door with the colorful mural beside the bike racks. If no bike staff member is present, stop in the shop to be checked in.
Pick up your e-bike after 8:00am on your rental day. E-bikes are usually held until 2:00–3:00pm unless a late pickup arrangement has been made.
