Cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable. Reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. No refund for no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late. Full refund or rescheduling if canceled due to unsafe weather or guide discretion.
