Know before you go
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Drive about 15 minutes down a graded dirt road from Virgin; it is suitable for passenger vehicles
- Bring a warm layer or jacket, closed-toe shoes for uneven terrain, and water
- Complete the required waiver for yourself; each person in your party needs a waiver
- Disclose any allergies or health concerns before the tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable. Reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. No refund for no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late. Full refund or rescheduling if canceled due to unsafe weather or guide discretion.
