Tours operate rain or shine, and closed-toe shoes are required. Participants must weigh between 70 lbs and 260 lbs and sign a release waiver. Port of Hilo pickup is at 8:30am right outside the cruise ship exit; bring the physical payment card and matching IDs for check-in.
