Full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Receive a 50% refund when canceling 7 days to 24 hours before the activity. No refund within 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.

Wear closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and Crocs are not allowed. Bring sunscreen, bug repellent, and any necessary medications.
