Important details
- Ages 10+ only
- A parent or adult must accompany children under 16
- Weight requirement: 70–275 lbs
- The Adventure Course requires reaching up to 5'7" high
- Wear closed-toe, closed-back shoes; flip-flops, Crocs, and open sandals are not allowed
- Skirts, dresses, and dangling jewelry are not permitted
- Arrive 15 minutes before your start time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds or vouchers. If you arrive late, you cannot join the tour and will not receive a refund.
