We met one of Hanalei Charters surf instructors, Kai, in the water at Hanalei Bay. He gave my nephew some pointers on surfing and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He also gave some local recommendations while we were in the area. Kai is a great representative of the company and we will absolutely work with them the next time we are on island, solely because of the great interaction with him.
