Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to hazardous ocean conditions or low passenger head count and you cannot reschedule. If you cancel/modify, notice required from check-in time: 1–4: 48 hrs; 5–7: 72 hrs; 8–10: 96 hrs; 11+: 1 week; private charter: 2 weeks. Late arrival is non-refundable.
