Cancellation Policy
Operator cancels (hazardous ocean conditions or low passenger head count): full refund if you can’t reschedule. You cancel/modify: notice required from check-in time: 1–4 ppl 48 hrs; 5–7 72 hrs; 8–10 96 hrs; 11+ 1 week; private charter 2 weeks. Late arrivals/no-shows are non-refundable.

You can’t join if you’re pregnant, and children under 5 are not allowed.
Bring towels, reef-safe sunscreen (spray-on sunscreen isn’t permitted), a jacket, a camera, motion sickness preventatives, a reusable water bottle (water is provided), any medications you may need, and a form of payment plus photo ID and a credit card.
Arrive 15 minutes before your check-in time. If you arrive late and miss the boat, your booking is non-refundable.
