The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and overall very nice. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. Both at the restaurants and the front desk, we found the staff to be unfriendly and not particularly helpful, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Also worth noting are the additional charges. Between the resort fee and the overnight parking fee, the final cost ends up being significantly higher than expected and feels excessive. Overall, a beautiful property in a great setting, but the service and extra fees really took away from the experience.
