- A minimum 20% gratuity for your captain applies and is not included in the listed price
- Follow the captain's safety instructions; unsafe weather may require a different fishing area or trip type
- Do not use devices or apps that record or transmit the boat's location, routes, GPS coordinates or fishing locations
- Expect replacement charges for rods and reels lost overboard and for equipment damaged through negligence or misuse

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to the operator's terms. If the captain cancels before departure due to unsafe weather, charter payments are refundable, excluding online booking fees.
