• Bring food, drinks, sunblock, hats, a shirt, sunglasses and personal items
• Complete the required electronic liability waiver before departure
• A minimum 20% gratuity for your captain applies and is not included in the listed price
• Follow the captain's safety instructions; unsafe weather may require a different fishing area or trip type
• Do not use devices or apps that record or transmit the boat's location, routes, GPS coordinates or fishing locations
• Expect replacement charges for rods and reels lost overboard and for equipment damaged through negligence or misuse
