- Follow the captain's safety and conduct instructions; unsafe conduct may end the charter without a refund

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before departure for a full refund of charter payments. Cancellations 1–14 days before departure are nonrefundable. If the captain cancels before departure due to unsafe weather, charter payments are fully refunded, excluding booking fees.
