- Arrive no earlier than 2 p.m. and no later than 4:30 p.m., unless a later arrival has already been arranged. Allow enough time before sunset to find your yurt.
Cancellation Policy
Sleeping bag rental cancellations more than 48 hours before your reserved date receive a full refund; within 48 hours, no refund. No refunds for early departures, bad weather, drought, getting lost, failure to reach the yurt, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control. Operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
