• Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Riders must be ages 3+ and fit in a regular seat belt. Car seats are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• An $800 damage deposit hold applies at pickup, separate from the listed price. Bring a credit card for the hold
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Refill the tank before returning the UTV; an additional charge applies if you return it without a full tank
• Wear a helmet if you are 18 or younger
• Wear closed-toe shoes or boots; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
• Everyone ages 18+ must be present to sign a waiver
• Arrive at 8:00 AM, not earlier
