Cancellation Policy
With at least 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule or receive a full refund or credit. With less than 48 hours' notice, you'll receive an 80% refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
