Important details

- You are responsible for the care and security of rented equipment, including loss or damage caused by lack of care.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations more than 7 days before your rental. Rental credit is offered within 7 days and more than 24 hours before your rental with advance notice. No credit or refund for no-shows or without notice before the rental date. No refunds for early returns.

Early pickup is possible after 3 pm the day before, subject to equipment availability, but is not normally available during holidays or vacation periods. Otherwise, pick up your cross-country rental anytime after 8 am on your rental day.
Yes. You can opt out at pickup. The coverage covers accidental and incidental damage only; without it, you are responsible for all equipment damage and loss.
