Changes/cancellations: 1–7 boats, free >72 hours before, 50% at 24–72 hours, 100% <24 hours; 8+ boats, free at least 7 days before, 50% at 4–7 days, 100% <4 days. Refunds are gift cards. Operator cancellations for weather or dangerous conditions are free; rescheduling is attempted, with a gift-card refund if the trip cannot be rescheduled.
