- Remain in your vehicle throughout the experience. Parking and walking around are not permitted.
- Photos taken during the event may be used by Stone Gables Estate or its representatives for promotion or advertising.

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. If the event is cancelled, you'll receive a refund. Refunds for weather cancellations will be issued within 7–10 days.

The season runs November 20, 2026–January 2, 2027. It is closed Sundays, November 23–26, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
No. Your ticket is valid anytime during the event hours. Gates open at 5 pm and close at 8 pm, with extended hours until 9 pm on November 28, December 5, 12, 19, 21, 22, and 23.
You'll be notified by text and/or email if inclement weather causes a cancellation. Check your messages before heading out.
