- The train is not wheelchair accessible and has no wheelchair lift.
- Ages 2 and under: seating on a parent's lap only, with one toddler per parent.
- Only service animals are permitted on the property. No animals are allowed aboard the train.
- Strollers are welcome on the estate but cannot board the train.
- No food, drinks, or smoking aboard the train.
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are nonrefundable. If your train ride is canceled due to inclement weather, you'll be notified by email and receive a refund within 7–10 days.
