Important details
- Junior ski packages require fitting into junior equipment, with boots up to 24 cm (US size 7).
- Toddler snowboard packages are limited to shoe sizes up to 23 cm.
- You are responsible for the care and security of rented equipment, including loss, theft, misuse, and damage to ski top sheets or edges. Equipment not returned on time may incur replacement charges at full retail value.
- Everyone in your party must complete a waiver before the reservation is secured. The agreement includes accepting the risks of skiing and snowboarding and releasing the equipment providers from liability, including negligence. Ski bindings do not release in every situation; snowboard bindings ordinarily do not release during use.
- If you are responsible for anyone under 18, explain the risks and obtain their consent before participation.
- Do not bang skis together on the lift; resulting damage is your responsibility.
- Pick up equipment anytime after 8 am and return it by 5:30 pm at the end of your rental day.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations more than 7 days before your original booking date. Within 7 days, rental credit is offered with advance notice more than 24 hours before your rental begins. No credit or refund for no-shows. No refunds for early returns.
