Important details
- Junior rentals require a fit in junior equipment
- You are responsible for lost or stolen equipment and damage caused by misuse or lack of care, including damage to ski tops and edges. Equipment not returned on time may require replacement at full retail value.
- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party. The agreement includes accepting the risks of skiing and snowboarding and releasing the equipment providers from liability.
- Ski bindings may not release in every fall; snowboard bindings do not ordinarily release during use.
- If you are acting as a parent, guardian, or group leader, explain the risks to anyone under 18 in your group and obtain their consent before participation.
- Do not bang skis together on the lift; you are responsible for resulting damage.
- Pick up equipment after 8 am and return it by 5:30 pm on your rental day.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations more than 7 days before your original booking date. Within 7 days, rental credit is offered with advance notice more than 24 hours before your rental begins. No credit or refund is offered for no-shows or cancellations without notice before your booking date. A 1-hour grace period applies to purchases made in error. No refunds for early returns.
