Important details
- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and preparation
- Ages 21+ only to rent and operate the UTV
- Ages 5+ only for passengers; passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- Passengers must be at least 48 inches tall and able to sit upright with a fastened seat belt and properly fitted helmet
- Bring a valid physical government-issued photo ID for every participant
- Complete required waivers before arrival
- Wear closed-toe protective footwear; helmets and provided protective gear are required throughout the ride
- A credit card is required on file for equipment damages
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, knee or back issues, and other serious health conditions require prior approval to participate
- No drugs, alcohol, or impairment of any kind are permitted
- Do not text while riding
- Rides operate in light rain; severe or unsafe weather may delay, reschedule, or cancel the ride
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance; it is subject to availability. Groups of 6+ require 72 hours' notice.

FAQs
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for all drivers and a fully charged phone. Wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or Crocs) and comfortable clothing that can get dusty or muddy. Bring water; sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in, waivers, a safety briefing, and gear fitting. If you arrive late, you may lose ride time or forfeit your reservation with no refund.
Pay any remaining balance via mobile payment at least 24 hours before your booking. The operator does not accept credit or debit cards for final payment, and payments are not accepted on-site unless pre-approved. Cash may be accepted on the day of your reservation with prior approval.
