With a perfect track record across thousands of reviews, this Orlando operation clearly knows how to deliver memorable experiences. The team operates conveniently at the Orange Lake Holiday Inn resort, making it super accessible for visitors staying in the area. Whether you're trying ATVs or jet skis for the first time, guests consistently mention how patient and encouraging the guides are, taking time to build confidence and capture photos along the way. The staff gets tons of love in these reviews. Connor, Jay, Hector, and Johan all get called out by name for being friendly, professional, and genuinely good at what they do. First-timers especially appreciate the instruction and reassurance, with one nervous non-swimmer mentioning how Jay helped them feel completely confident on the water. The owner also makes an impression, described as a "cool dude" who runs a dedicated, professional operation. People leave talking about coming back and bringing friends next time, which says everything you need to know.
Best equipment and experience ever!!! Will definitely do this again next year. Hector and Sebastian were super nice and helpful.
