Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+; passengers must be ages 12+
- Bring a valid photo ID for arrival
- Each jet ski has a 350-pound combined weight limit
- A $250 refundable security deposit per jet ski is required at arrival on a credit or debit card; it is refunded if there are no incidents
- Cell phones are not allowed on the water
- Arrive 30 minutes early for prep and required documents; late arrival may reduce your water time or require rescheduling for a $75 fee per jet ski
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or cancellations. Reschedule within the April 15–October 15 season free with at least 24 hours' notice; changes within 24 hours incur a $75 rebooking fee. No-shows forfeit payment. If the operator reschedules for weather, rescheduling is free. Rides do not operate during thunder and lightning; clouds, overcast, or slight rain may still allow riding.
