Important details
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled float time to sign waivers and receive your float ticket
- Ensure everyone in your party has a signed waiver before receiving the float ticket
- Children under 13 must wear a life jacket
- Children under 50 lbs must bring or purchase a USCG-approved life vest
- Do not bring Styrofoam or glass on the river
- Expect an alternate route if water levels or debris hinder floating
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 8 days before arrival for a refund minus $5–$50 per reservation or boat and any booking fees. Cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable.
FAQs
Children under 3 may join at your own risk. Depending on water levels, children may not be allowed on certain floats or vessels. All children count as a person on the vessel.
An alternate route may be used if water levels or debris hinder floating. If the float must be canceled due to water levels, a rain check is available.
