- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time
- Ages 14+ only
- Weight limit: less than 250 lbs or 114 kg
- Minimum height: 4 ft 11 in or 148 cm
- Requires good bike riding skills; a riding test takes place before the downhill ride
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Wear closed-toe shoes with good traction; no sandals, water shoes, or Crocs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for parties of 2 or fewer, or 48 hours before for parties of 3 or more. Tours may be canceled due to weather or safety reasons. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to appear on your bank statement.
FAQs
Wear comfortable active clothing and closed-toe shoes with good traction. Do not wear sandals, Crocs, or water shoes. Bring a light rain jacket or sweater, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera for photo stops.
Leave cell phones in the van during the downhill bike ride. Use a GoPro only if it is permanently attached to the bike, helmet, or a chest mount.
Wear the provided helmet and riding gloves, and keep both hands on the handlebars at all times during the bike ride.
