- Renters and drivers must be 21 or older; passengers can be any age. Bring a valid driver's license. The driver must be present at check-in.
- Requires a sober driver qualified to operate the boat. Operation may be refused if the driver is not in a safe condition.
- Dogs are welcome on board.
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation. The cardholder must be present at check-in, be at least 21, and bring matching ID.
- Return the boat in the same condition as at pickup. An excess cleaning fee may apply otherwise and is not included in the listed price.
- Metered parking and paid parking lots are not included in the listed price; parking charges apply seven days a week.
- Stay within Newport Harbor. Fishing and Mylar balloons are not allowed on board.
- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party, including children, before arrival.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation starts for paperwork and instruction. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund with at least 24 hours' cancellation notice. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused time due to late arrival or early return is non-refundable.
