- Requires having owned your own boat and at least 2 years of consistent boating experience; a boater license alone does not qualify
- Requires a lifetime safe boater course and safe boater card for anyone born in 1988 or later
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and released when the boat returns in the same condition
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; you’ll be charged for the fuel used, and refueling is limited to the marina unless arranged for weekly rentals
- Requires everyone aboard for the full rental to sign a general release at the office
