- Renters and drivers must be 21 or older; passengers can be any age. A sober driver is required.
- Bring a valid driver's license. The driver must be present at check-in.
- No dogs allowed.
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation. The cardholder must be present at check-in with matching photo ID and must be at least 21. If the card or cardholder is absent, an alternate card is required.
- An excess cleaning fee may apply if you return the boat in a different condition than you received it. This fee is not included in the listed price.
- Metered parking and paid parking lots charge every day of the week. Parking charges are not included in the listed price.
- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party, including children, before arrival.
- No fishing or Mylar balloons are allowed on board.
- Boating is subject to safe weather conditions.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation starts to complete paperwork and instructions. Your rental starts at the reserved time, so arriving late can shorten your time on the water.
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused time due to late arrival or early return is non-refundable.
