- Requires ownership of a boat and at least 2 years of consistent boating experience
- Bring a lifetime safe-boater course card if you were born in 1988 or later
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and is not included in the listed price
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; charges apply for the fuel you use when the boat is topped off on return
- Refuel only at Captain Pip's Marina unless prior arrangements are made for weekly rentals
- Everyone aboard for the full rental must sign a general release

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund. Single-day rentals have a nonrefundable $100 deposit. No refund within 7 days. If a small craft advisory prevents this 19-ft center console from going out, you may upgrade, reschedule, or receive a full refund. Multi-day rentals receive no compensation for weather-related lost days.
