- Requires ownership of your own boat and at least 2 years of consistent boating experience; a boating license alone does not qualify
- Requires a lifetime safe-boater course and card if you were born in 1988 or later
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and released when the boat is returned in the same condition
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; a charge applies for the fuel you use, with refueling at the marina unless prior multi-day arrangements are made
- Sign a general release if you will be aboard for the entire rental period

Cancellation Policy
With at least 7 days' notice, receive a full refund except for the $100 nonrefundable deposit on single-day rentals. Within 7 days, no refund. On small craft advisory days, 18- and 19-foot center-console rentals may be upgraded, rescheduled, or fully refunded. Multi-day rentals receive no compensation for weather-lost days.
