- Required park, fuel, and credit-card processing fees apply and are not included in the listed price
- A $1,000 credit-card security and damage hold is required for the 2-seat Prowler XP dune buggy
- A $1,500 credit-card security and damage hold is required for the 2-seat Yamaha Wolverine
- You are responsible for rental vehicle damage and related costs, which may exceed the security deposit

Eye protection is required for every driver and passenger at Silver Lake Dunes Park. Bring your own, or eye protection is available at the check-in lobby.
For rentals with a security deposit, up to 100% of the deposit may be held for a mechanic inspection for up to 96 hours. You remain responsible for damage and related costs that exceed the deposit.
