Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before start for a full refund. Cancel 3–6 days before for a 50% refund (less any booking fees or taxes). Cancel less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund or rescheduling. Bookings within 3 days (including same-day): no refunds or rebooking. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather or force majeure.
FAQs
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive too early, the tour will not start early, and tours will not be held for late arrivals.
Dress in layers with insulating outer layers and boots. Bring a camera, hat, neck gaiter or scarf, sunglasses, and gloves. Gear is available to help keep you comfortable, including rain jackets and rain pants.
Lunch is served from 12 pm to 2 pm at the Willow location if you add lunch to your tour. If you join the 1 pm tour, arrive at 12 pm to allow time to eat. Lunch can be purchased before your tour.
