Know before you go
- A minimum of 10 boats is required per group
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian unless they have an unaccompanied waiver
- Keep alcohol and other drugs off the water and do not operate watercraft under their influence
- Carry a PFD; anyone under 14 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Stay within your selected boat’s stated passenger and weight capacity
- Return to the launch point if lightning or thunder occurs; high winds or storms may limit boat availability

More than 1 week before: rebook at no cost or receive a full refund. More than 48 hours before: rebook at no cost or receive an 80% refund. Less than 48 hours before: no refunds for a full cancellation.
FAQs
Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, and comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in.
A personal flotation device (PFD) is provided for every participant and must be with you on the water. PFDs are strongly advised at all times. Minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear a PFD at all times.
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the boats. Do not operate watercraft under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
