- Expect a $5,000 damage-liability hold on your card on rental day
- Wear closed-toe shoes and dress in layers for changing weather
- Arrive at 9:30 AM for morning tours or 12:30 PM for afternoon tours
- Use a Discover Pass and drive your own vehicle behind the guide car for afternoon tours
- Complete your waiver and watch the safety video before arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before are charged $50 per machine. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the reservation total. No-shows are charged the full reservation total.

Bring your own gloves, boots, or helmet if you prefer. Street or dirt-bike helmets work with the provided goggles.
Your rental adds you as an additional insured to the commercial automobile policy. It generally includes auto liability coverage for bodily injury up to $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident, plus property damage up to $50,000 per accident, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions, and limits.
