Important details
- Arrive by 9:30am for check-in, gear fitting, and instructions; departure for the trailhead is at 10:30am
- Drive your own vehicle and follow the delivery convoy to the Elk Heights Trailhead
- Ages 18+ only to rent or drive; drivers need a valid automobile driver's license
- Passengers must be ages 2+; ages 2–4 require a car seat or booster seat
- Bring a major credit card; a $5,000 damage-liability hold is placed on the day of your rental
- Expect a $50 per UTV trailhead-delivery fee not included in the listed price
- A Discover Pass is required for parking
- Additional-passenger medical coverage costs $10 per passenger beyond the driver and is not included in the listed price
- Wear closed-toe shoes and bring layers for changing weather
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before incur a $50 charge per machine. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full reservation total.
