Ages 5+ only. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed. If rental gear is lost or damaged beyond repair while under your use, an additional fee will be incurred—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Regular tours: Cancel less than 24 hours before start or no-show and you are charged 100%. Private charters: Cancel up to 72 hours before start and you are not charged; cancel less than 72 hours before start or no-show and you are charged 100%. Late arrivals are treated as day-of cancellations.

Arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Tours start on time; late arrivals count as day-of cancellations without refunds. If you can be rescheduled (not guaranteed), a reschedule fee applies—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Wear your swimsuit (no changing facilities). Bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen applied at least 30 minutes before the tour, sunglasses with a leash, a hat with secure straps, and a reusable water bottle for refills. If you get chilly after swimming, bring a light jacket, plus a change of clothes.
You can bring your own snorkel gear, but full-face snorkel masks are not allowed. Use a traditional two-piece mask and snorkel set (provided or your own).
