Things to know
You must be at least 12 years old and in reasonable physical health. A doctor’s note/signature is required for the water portion if you answer "yes" to any medical questions when booking. A private fee may be charged if no one else is on the schedule when you arrive—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking (the source lists both $30 and $20).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. After 72 hours, all sales are final. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price; arrive 10 minutes after start time and you are a no-show.
