Things to know
Unguided rentals require all drivers to be 26+ and each driver 26+ must have a $1000 credit card pre-authorization. A required vehicle wash must be completed before return; if the car wash is closed, a cleaning surcharge will be added—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour time for a full refund. Within 24 hours is nonrefundable, including no-shows and late arrivals. Full refund if the company cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; they may also cancel if mud is sticking to the tires before departure.

Drive only if you are 26+ on an unguided rental. If you arrive with drivers under 26, those machines will be canceled and nonrefundable. Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license to carry a passenger.
Bring a valid driver’s license for every driver. Passengers 18+ must show a government-issued photo ID, and legal guardians must also show a government-issued photo ID. Everyone 18+ must complete a rental agreement/waiver; minors must have a waiver completed by their legal guardian, and that legal guardian must participate on the rental.
Plan for a $1000 credit card pre-authorization per driver (for drivers 26+); it is added the day before your reservation. The card on file may also be charged for equipment damage caused by participants.
