Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental time for check-in and waivers
- Drivers must be 26 or older and present a valid driver's license
- Bring a government-issued photo ID for every passenger age 18+ and legal guardian
- Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian, who must participate in the rental
- All participants must be able to read and speak English
- Bring shoes or boots, long pants, and eye protection; goggles are available to rent for $10 each
- Bring at least one cell phone per group with reliable service in the riding area for communication and navigation
- Bring the credit card used for the rental and ensure the cardholder is present with matching photo ID
- Expect a $1,000 credit-card preauthorization hold per driver; it is not included in the listed price and may cover equipment damage
- Wash the vehicle at Kremmling Car Wash before returning it; an extra 30 minutes is allowed for washing
- Expect a cleaning surcharge not included in the listed price if water restrictions close the car wash
- Follow vehicle weight limits: 600 lbs for the 2-person ATV, 1,300 lbs for the 6-person Defender, 650 lbs for the 2-person Maverick, and 880 lbs for the 4-person Maverick

Drive only if you are 26+ on an unguided rental. If you arrive with drivers under 26, those machines will be canceled and nonrefundable. Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license to carry a passenger.
Bring a valid driver’s license for every driver. Passengers 18+ must show a government-issued photo ID, and legal guardians must also show a government-issued photo ID. Everyone 18+ must complete a rental agreement/waiver; minors must have a waiver completed by their legal guardian, and that legal guardian must participate on the rental.
Plan for a $1000 credit card pre-authorization per driver (for drivers 26+); it is added the day before your reservation. The card on file may also be charged for equipment damage caused by participants.
