Yes. Bring proof of open water certification or higher (a physical card or e-card). If you can’t provide proof before boarding, you won’t be allowed to dive and you won’t receive a refund.
You must have dived within the last 2 years. If it’s been more than 2 years, you must take a refresher; more than 5 years requires a PADI ReActivate; more than 10 years requires you to take the open water course again.
You can join if you’re age 10+. Divers ages 12–17 must dive with a parent or guardian. Junior Open Water divers ages 10–11 require a private guide.
