- Renters must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Boat operators must be ages 16+ with a valid driver's license
- Bring your physical, valid driver's license. Digital licenses, photos, learner's permits, expired licenses and non-driver IDs are not accepted
- Dogs are allowed
- Bring a credit card for each vessel's rental paperwork. The name on the card must match the driver's license
- Fuel used during your rental is charged separately and is not included in the listed price
- Stay out of the Gulf and within the rental boundaries marked by Perdido Pass Bridge, Theo Baars Bridge, Lillian Bridge and the Wharf Bridge. Ono Island Bridge is not a boundary
- Tubing and towing of any kind are not permitted
- Complete the waiver before arrival
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. For 8 AM rentals, arrive only 5–10 minutes early or on time; opening time is 8 AM
- A late departure does not extend your scheduled return time
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 6 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 24 hours before departure receive a refund minus the $200 deposit and online booking fees. The deposit is held on file for one year from your reservation date. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Reservations unclaimed two hours after scheduled departure are considered no-shows and receive no refund or credit.
