Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 21 days before the tour for a full refund; otherwise, no refund is offered. Full refund if the operator cancels due to steady rain at the tour start.
FAQs
For summer riding, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and a poncho. Do not wear flip-flops. For winter riding, bring goggles, a heavy jacket, gloves, thermals, a neck warmer, a small beanie or ski hat for under your helmet, and heavy or layered socks.
Arrive on time for the City Island e-bike tour. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will miss the tour.
