• Rental eligibility: ages 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Boat operators: ages 16+ with a valid driver's license.
• Bring your physical, valid driver's license. Permits, expired licenses, non-driver IDs, digital licenses, and license photos are not accepted.
• Bring a physical credit card for the rental paperwork. The name on the card must match your driver's license.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll be charged for the fuel you use during the rental.
• Stay out of the Gulf and within the navigation boundaries marked by Perdido Pass Bridge, Theo Baars Bridge, Lillian Bridge, and the Wharf Bridge. Ono Island Bridge is not a boundary.
• Tubing and towing of any kind are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted on board.
• Protect the seats from damage; the upholstery is inspected when you return.
• Complete the waiver before arrival.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. For 8 AM rentals, arrive only 5–10 minutes early or on time; opening is at 8 AM, and you'll receive your full rental time.
• For other departure times, arriving late does not extend your scheduled return time.
