- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation to complete paperwork and boat instructions. Your rental starts at the reserved time, so arriving late reduces your time on the water.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day reservations are non-refundable. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused time due to late arrivals or early returns is non-refundable.
