- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for paperwork and safety instructions
- Ages 21+ only to rent
- Bring a valid driver's license and Boater Education Card
- A one-day boating pass is available after passing a 10-question test with a score of 90% or higher; a $10 charge applies and is not included
- A credit card is required; debit cards, personal checks, and money orders are not accepted
- A $350 security deposit will be held at pickup and may be partially or fully forfeited for damage, late return, or an unfilled fuel tank
- Return the boat on time, undamaged, and with a full tank of gas; late returns are charged $100 per hour
- Complete and sign the waiver and rental forms before departure
- No alcohol, glass bottles, smoking, or pets
- Operate only while sober; boat operation is not allowed from dusk to dawn

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
