• Operators must be at least 18 to operate alone
• Operators ages 16–17 require a valid driver’s license and a parent or guardian aboard
• Operators born on or after January 1, 1989 require a Wisconsin-approved boating safety course
• Children age 12 and under must wear a life vest at all times on the water
• A valid credit card must remain on file for damages or additional charges
• Sales tax is not included; a $20 cleaning fee and variable fuel surcharge may apply
• Operate only during daylight hours and within the designated map area
