- Boat operator must be at least 18 and legally able to operate safely and responsibly
- Complete the waiver before arrival
- Camping and fishing are not permitted
- If picking up the boat, trailer it yourself from 4946 Musky Point Rd, Mercer, WI; pickup hours are 9 AM–6 PM
- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time; delays over 30 minutes require rescheduling and an additional charge
- A payment method on file may be charged for documented damage, cleaning, late fees, recovery costs, loss of rental use, and related charges

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 21 days or more before your reservation for a 90% refund. Cancel 14 days before for a 50% refund. No refund if you cancel 7 days before. A 50% refund may be granted if unsafe weather affects most of your rental; overcast skies or light rain do not qualify.

Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the boat. Alcohol or drug use is not allowed while operating.
