- A valid driver's license and Boater Education Card are required to rent
- A $10 one-day pass may be available after passing a 10-question test with a score of 90% or higher; this fee is not included in the listed price
- A signed waiver is required for all participants before departure
- A $350 security deposit is held at pickup and is not included in the listed price; credit cards only
- Return the boat undamaged, on time, and with a full tank of gas; returns over 15 minutes late incur a $100-per-hour fee not included in the listed price
- No alcohol, glass bottles, smoking, or pets are allowed
- No operation is allowed from dusk to dawn or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Weather rescheduling is subject to availability and management discretion. No-call/no-shows 90 minutes after the reservation time forfeit the reservation.
