- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the rental holder
- Basic cycling experience and safe bicycle operation are required
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- E-bike riders must be at least 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A $250 refundable hold is placed on the card on file at pickup and released when all rental items are returned undamaged

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full rental amount. No-shows are charged the full rental price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
