- Renters must be 21 or older; drivers must be 18 or older.
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall.
- Bring your driver's license and state-issued photo ID.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require ATV safety certification. Complete the course before arrival and bring proof of certification. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted.
- This activity is not suitable during pregnancy.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- A refundable damage deposit of $3,000 per machine is required at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit or debit card for the deposit hold.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Refuel the ATV with premium gas before returning it; the fuel cost is your responsibility.
- Helmets and goggles are required and available for $10 per set, not included in the listed price.
- Safety certification fees, if charged by your course provider, are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price. Fees vary by provider.
- Bring your own trailer.

- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to complete any missing paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 7 days ahead for a full refund, credit, or rebooking. No-shows are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine. Trail closures due to fire danger or natural disasters on the rental day result in rebooking or a refund. Late returns: $100 for 10 minutes–1 hour, then $100 per hour; if your delay affects another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
